Membership fees are for one family per year (1 October – 30 September). This includes details of all IAFQ events, access to adoption resources, membership to the IAFQ Facebook Group, and independent and anonymous representation of concerns with Adoption Services.

Note: It is really important to use your NAME as a reference when making payment so that we can track your payment: (e.g. A SURNAME MEMSHIP) Please ensure that you forward this membership form to our Membership Secretary (membership@iafq.org.au) and inform the Treasurer that you have made payment (treasurer@iafq.org.au) citing your reference and date of payment.
It is really important that you contact both the Treasurer and Membership Secretary so that you are added to the database. Please fill in a new membership form if your details have changed or email the Secretary with the new information.
